Our Leaders

Although WVCC is a newly established firm, our leadership brings deep experience from years of supporting transformative work across government and commercial sectors. Prior to founding WVCC, our leaders:

  • Led Targeting & Analytics Training initiatives at DHS, helping teams develop critical thinking & operational insight.
  • Supported a major organizational change at DOJ, guiding a large-scale realignment to improve collaboration and mission impact.
  • Directed an Agile & DevSecOps Transformation coordinating across several IC customers, integrating cross-functional teams and accelerating innovation across a complex technical environment.
